A Gentleman Covets

I'm a sucker for a good ad. Retailers can get me to crave just about everything with a great campaign. Over the last few weeks, I've noticed the timeless Fall campaign for Salvatore Ferragamo in various magazine spreads. It is amazing to me how after almost 50 years after his death that Salvatore Ferragamo's vision is still making waves around the world. Beginning with a small shoe repair shop in the early 1900's, the Ferragamo brand has become world renowned for not just the iconic shoe, but luxury goods and ready to wear lines for both men and women. The Fall 2009 Men's Collection is crisp, magnetic, and masculine. It doesn't take a fashion expert to appreciate Ferragamo's use of Fall hues and the respectable cuts of the clothing. These styles are classic but current with nothing but the ultimate gentleman in mind.

My only question now, is whether or not I can take out an additional school loan to put a down payment on the rust blazer below.

Or maybe I could just settle for the umbrella and work my way up?
